GETRB DA, Ry (opcode E): A data byte is transferred
from an I/O device designated by DA, via bus in, to the
(
low order byte of the register Ry.
If DA = 0, the microinstruction is SHFTR or ROTR.
'Op code E'
is activated on this microinstruction but
'get strobe' is not. (Modifier C, 0, E, or F selects GETRB.)
