Service Check
1. Power down and remove the tape unit from its
mounting .
2.

Power up.
Check that the belt is tracking in the center
of the
motor pulley.
Adjustment
1. Power down and remove the tape unit from its
mounting.
2. Position the motor pulley 0.063 inch :!: 0.01 0 inch
(1.57 mm
± 0.25 mm). from the motor mounting
bracket and tighten the setscrew (initial setting).
3. Check belt tracking
with power on. Adjust the
motor pulley until the belt tracks
in the center of
the pulley.
