3.4 Launching the HIT 440 Software from Databases
3.4.1 Launching HIT440 from Noah
1) Open Noah and select the patient you want to work with.
2) Select the Affinity module from the Noah Module menu
The selected suite will now open and automatically search for the hardware. If

hardware a dialog box pops up and asks if you want to run in Simulation mode. To continue with the
use of hardware
3) Click the HIT tab in the upper right hand side of the screen to open the HIT440 module (if this is not
already active).
3.4.2 Launching HIT440 from OtoAccess™
1. Open OtoAccess™
2. Select the patient you want to work with
3. If the patient is not yet listed:
- press the New patient button
- fill in at least the mandatory fields, marked with a red asterisk.
- save the patient details by pressing Save patient information button.
