This command turns autorange on or off for the period voltage function.
Parameters

0 or OFF
Turn autorange off.
1 or ON
Turn autorange on.

Query autorange state.
[SENSe:]RESistance:RANGe <n>|MIN|MAX
Use this command to select the measure range for the 2-wire resistance function.
Parameters

0 to 100e6
Select the measurement range in ohms.
MINimum
Select the minimum value.
MAXimum
Select the maximum value.
