Read the contents of the buffer (data store).

Specify size of buffer (1 to 3000).
Queries number of readings stored in the buffer.

Specify buffer control mode (NEVER or NEXT).
Query buffer control mode.
Path to set timestamp format:
Select format (ABSolute or DELTa).
Query timestamp format.
