:SOURce[1]:VOLTage:PROTection[:LEVel] <n> Program voltage limit
:SOURce[1]:VOLTage:PROTection:TRIPped? Query if voltage limit exceeded
Parameters <n> = 0.5 to +10.5V Set voltage limit value
MINimum 0.5
MAXimum +10.5
DEFault +10.5
Query [:LEVel[? Query voltage limit
:TRIPped? Query if voltage limit exceeded (1 =
exceeded)
Description The :LEVel command programs the voltage limit for the voltage func-
tion. The :TRIPPed? query returns a value of 1 if the voltage limit is
exceeded or a value of 0 if it is not exceeded. These protection com-
mands are active only for the voltage function and are absolute. As a
result, there are no high/low limits or :STATe commands since voltage
protection is always active.

[:PERCent] <n>
:SOURce[1]:STOLerance[:PERCent] <n> Program tolerance window
Parameters <n> = 0 to 100% Program tolerance (% of range)
MINimum 0
MAXimum 100
DEFault 0.5
Query [:PERCent]? Query percent tolerance.
Description This command is used to program the percentage of range for the set-
point tolerance. Ranges depend on selected function as follows:
Function Range
Temperature 275°C
275K
495°F
Voltage 20V
Current 10A
Resistance 1MΩ (100kΩ thermistor)
100kΩ (10kΩ thermistor)
10kΩ (1kΩ thermistor or RTD)
1kΩ (100Ω thermistor or RTD)
