:LOCal
:SYSTem:LOCal Take Model 2510 out of remote
Description Normally, during RS-232 communications, front panel keys are opera-
tional. However, the user may wish to lock out front panel keys during
RS-232 communications. See “:RWLock,” page 10-53.
This command is used to remove the Model 2510 from the remote state
and enables the operation of front panel keys. Its operation is similar to
the IEEE-488 GTL command (Section 6).

IEEE-488 REN command (Section 6).
:RWLock

Description This command is used to enable or disable local lockout. When enabled,
the front panel keys are locked out (not operational) when the instru-

function as the IEEE-488 LLO command (Section 6).
NOTE OUTPUT OFF is still operational in local lockout.
