Edge Sensitivity Manual Adjustment
Manually adjust the sensitivity that
detects the edge that will become
the standard of reference for pitch
extraction.

Automatically adjust the sensitivity
that detects the edge that will become
the standard of reference for pitch

Pitch Extraction
Method
Bright/Dark Mode
Select the method to extract the target
pitch.
Bright (default)
Extracts the pitches between
bright regions.
Dark
Extracts the pitches between
dark regions.

Meas. Mode
Select the measuring method for the
pitch extracted from a target.
Pin Pitch (default)
Measures the pitch between pins
from the center point of the pin.
Pin Width
Measures the width of each pin.
Narrow Pitch
Mode
Set when pitch width is narrow.
ON
Enables the narrow pitch mode.
OFF (default)
Disables the narrow pitch mode.
Scaling
Scaling
Set when a measurement value is to
be used for anomaly detection instead
of the matching rate.
ON
Enable scaling.
OFF (default)
Disable scaling.

Display Value
When scaling is enabled, input the
display value in relation to matching
rate (*) 100.
0.05 to 9999
(Maximum input digits: 4)
(default: 100.0)
Copy Setting
When scaling is enabled, copy the
scaling settings from another tool.

Tool Name
Auser-speciedname,suchasthe
name of the target, can be set for the
tool. Tool names can be checked on
the run screen.
