16021 - Malfunctioning PMT1: Gain out of range
16022 - Malfunctioning PMT2: Gain out of range
Description: For a given high voltage, the low gain of PMT1 might prevent it from
reaching the correct signal level.
Cause 1: The exposure on the PLATE is not correct during the calibration.
Action: Do the Calibration for the CR 825/850 SYSTEM.
Cause 2: The alignment of the optics is not correct.
Action: Do:
• adjustment for the FOLD MIRROR
• adjustment of the GALVO ROTATION
Cause 3: The PMT malfunctioned.
Action: Install a new PMT. Use PMTs and COLLECTOR AY.
Cause 4: The PMT/DAS BOARD A5 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the PMT/DAS BOARD A5.
