12107 - SLOW SCAN: +24 V DC malfunction during scan
12108 - SLOW SCAN stopped during scan
12109 - SLOW SCAN stopped during scan
12110 - SLOW SCAN did not communicate with the MOTION SYSTEM
CONTROL
12111 - SLOW SCAN did not move
Cause 1: The POWER SUPPLY PS1 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the POWER SUPPLY PS1.
Cause 2: The SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 and COIL
BOARD A7.
Cause: The SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 and COIL
