15800 - Image resent at NT reboot
15900 - NT rejected image at end of scan. Retransmission being attempted
Cause 2: The application software for the Windows 2000 was started again without resetting
the MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2.
Action: 1. Check the Windows 2000 “Event Log” for network errors.
2. If any errors occurred, reset the network system configuration again.
3. Start the Windows 2000 application again.
4. Check the CROSSOVER CABLE between the MASTER CENTRAL
PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2 and the computer.
Description: The MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2 sent the last
image after the Windows 2000 applications software started again.
Cause: Windows 2000 malfunctioned.
Action: Call the Technical Service Center.
Description: The software for the SCAN MANAGER did not record an image at the
end of the scan. The image is sent once again and recorded.
Cause: The software indicates an image checksum error.
Action: Call the Technical Service Center.
