15013 - Image Quality Warning
15014 - LASER power not calibrated
15015 - PLATE not calibrated
Description: The image quality might be wrong. The MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING
UNIT BOARD A2 received a system error from the MOTION SYSTEM
CONTROL BOARD A1 and was automatically repaired. If a CASSETTE was in
the CR 825/850 SYSTEM when the error occurred, the TOUCH SCREEN
displays a message about a problem with the image.
Cause 1: The MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2.
Cause 2: The MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1.
Cause 3: A light leakage occurred.
Action: Do the Light Test.
Cause 4: The INTERLOCK SWITCH S8 malfunctioned. The DOOR might be open during
scan.
Action: Do the checkout INTERLOCK SWITCH S8.
Cause: The LASER DIODE malfunctioned.
Action: Do the calibration for the LASER DRIVER BOARD A17. See OPTICS MODULE.
Cause: The CR 825/850 SYSTEM does not have the calibration data for all sizes of
PLATES.
Action: Do the Calibration for the CR 825/850 SYSTEM.
