Description: A message could not be sent to the SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER
BOARD A6. The command is executed again.
Cause: The SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 and COIL
BOARD A7.
