11.2.14 Registering destinations in the group dial
0 Register the group dial after registering the one-touch dial and speed dial.
0 Up to 50 destinations can be registered in the group dial.
1 Click the this-machine icon , and also click [Group].
2 Double-click a target number in the displayed list.
3 Select a target number to be registered with the group, and click .
4 Enter a group name.
% The character string entered in the [Name] field is displayed as a destination name on the Display.
5 Click [OK].
This completes the group registration process.
11.2.15 Editing a destination in the group dial
% Display the group dial list, and select a group number to be edited.
When necessary, select a desired destination from the group dial list to change its setting.
11.2.16 Printing out the one-touch dial, speed dial, or group dial list
1 Click [File] - [Print].
The following screen appears.
2 Select a target check box, and click [OK].
