4.3 Sending a document with a receiver's instruction (Polling TX)

8 Press the Start key.
% This starts scanning, and changes to the standby state.
If a Confidential User Box contains a received document, is displayed in the basic screen.
Tips
- To stop a registration during scanning, press the Clear/Stop key, and press [YES] in the displayed
screen.
- To cancel polling TX, press the Function key, and select [CANCEL RESERV.]. For details, refer to
page 3-20.
4.3.2 Deleting a document sent by polling
1 Press the Function key.
2 Use +, to select [POLLING TX], and press the OK key.
3 Use +, to select [SINGLE] or [MULTI], and press the OK key.
4 Enter a 4-digit polling ID using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
5 Use +, to select [DELETE], and press the OK key.
