2.3.6 Registering a sender name
Register a sender name to be assigned to the header of the original to be sent.
Tips
- The sender name is printed at the leading edge of the sent original. When necessary, the original can
be sent with no sender name added.
1 Press the Utility key.
2 Use +, to select [ADMIN. MANAGEMENT], and press the OK key.
3 Enter the administrator number using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
4 Use +, to select [USER SETTING], and press the OK key.
5 Use +, to select [USER NAME], and press the OK key.
6 Enter the sender name using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
% For details on how to enter a character string, refer to [Quick Guide].
% The sender name can be specified with up to 32 characters.
This returns to the User Settings screen.
