5.5.3 Receiving an Internet fax automatically
1 Press the Utility key.
2 Use +, to select [ADMIN. MANAGEMENT], and press the OK key.
3 Enter the administrator number using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
% To correct a numeric value, press the Clear/Stop key.
4 Use +, to select [E-MAIL SETTING 2], and press the OK key.
5 Use +, to select [AUTO RECEPTION], and press the OK key.
6 Use +, to select [ON].
7 Enter the receiving interval using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
% For automatic receiving, the receiving interval can be specified between 1 and 60 min.
This returns to the E-mail Setting 2 screen.
5.5.4 Receiving an Internet fax manually
1 Press the Function key.
2 Use +, to select [INTERNET FAX RX], and press the OK key.
3 Use +, to select [RECEIVE E-MAIL], and press the OK key.
When an E-mail is sent from a sender, it is received and printed on this machine.
