4.2.3 Printing out an original received by confidential reception
The confidential reception function is available only when the User Box ID and password specified in a remote
machine match those registered on this machine.
If a Confidential User Box contains a received original, is displayed in the basic screen.
Tips
- To use the confidential reception, you must register a Confidential User Box in advance. For details on
the registration procedure, refer to page 7-17.
This example shows how to print out an original received by the confidential reception.
1 Press the Function key.
2 Use +, to select [PRINT MAILBOX RX], and press the OK key.
3 Enter a 4-digit User Box ID using the Keypad, and press the OK key.
% To correct a numeric value, press the Clear/Stop key.
