3) Directly allocating any text strings
Procedures to allocate in the image display field the text
strings not registered on the preset button is described below.
1 Left-click the mouse over the position where an
annotation should be allocated.
• Cursor blinks over the selected position in the
image display field.
2 Input the text strings using the keyboard.
• Pressing the [Enter] on the keyboard allow a line
break, and annotation of several lines can be input.

2) Allocating the annotation assigned to the preset
buttons
Procedures to allocate the annotation that has been assigned
to the preset button is described below.
1 Touch the preset button that should be allocated and
on which the text string has been registered.
• Selected text string for the preset button will be
allocated at the upper left of the image display
field.
2 Click the [OK] button or left-click the mouse in the
area other than annotation.
• When the [OK] button is clicked, returns to the
“Detailed Data Setting” (Overlay) screen after allo-
cating the annotation.
• When the area other than annotation is clicked,
switches the status to the one where the next
annotation can be allocated after the first annota-
tion is allocated.
