Scan Noise Reduction
Use the following procedure to enable Scan Noise Reduction to reduce the
appearance of black lines which can appear on Copy and Scan jobs when
using the Document Processor.

Press [System Menu / Counter]. The Sys. Menu/Count screen displays.

Press S or T to select Adjust and
press [Enter].
The Adjust screen displays.

Press S or T to select Scan
Noise Reduc and press [Enter].
The Scan Noise Reduc screen
displays.

Press S or T to select On and
press [Enter].
A Completed message displays
and the Adjust screen returns.
