Original Placement
Use the following procedure to select the direction that the original is
scanned.
Using the platen (face down):
Using the Document Processor (face up):
NOTE: When JPEG format is selected, the original placement settings
will become invalid. Refer to page 2-18.

Press [E-Mail]. The Scanner Basic screen displays.
