Alarms
The various alarms can be enabled and/or the sound volume adjusted.
Increasing the volume of the alarms is useful if the machine is located
away from users. The following shows the various alarms and the available
volume settings - the factory default is shown in bold type.

The higher the setting value, the louder
the volume.To make all alarm sounds
inaudible, select Off.

performed by the user.

Indicates the machine is unable to accept
the key operation performed by the user.
Reset

Indicates the Reset Power key was
pressed to reset the current settings.

Indicates a copy, print, or scan job has
