Enter the required File Name
using the keypad and press
[Enter].
The Additional Info screen
displays.
NOTE: The factory default setting for the File Name is doc.
The File Name can be between 1 and 30 characters long.
For information about entering characters, refer to the Basic Operation
Guide.

Press S or T to select the
information to be added to the File
Name. Press [Enter].
A Completed message displays
and the Function screen returns.

Press the right [Select] key. The Copy Basic screen displays.

Complete the copying job. When the copying job has finished, the File
Name is stored.
NOTE: The File Name can be monitored using the Status Menu. For
information, refer to page 4-3.
