4-6 ADVANCED OPERATION GUIDE
Job Log
Use the following procedure to verify the history for both print and scan
jobs. Use Print Job Log for print jobs and Send Job Log for scan jobs.
NOTE: All information about the history of print and scan jobs is deleted
when the machine is powered off.

Press [Status/Job Cancel]. The Status Menu screen displays.

Press S or T to select Print Job
Log or Send Job Log and press
[Enter].
The Print Job Log or Send Job
Log screen displays a log of
previous jobs.
If the job log does not display,
there is no available information
about job history. Press the right
[Select] key.

Press S or T to select the job
requiring checking and press
[Enter].
The Detail screen displays.

Check the information for the job.
To view additional information
about the job, press S or T.
