Pausing Jobs
You can temporarily pause the processing of jobs. You can also cancel
jobs while processing is paused.
Use the following procedure to temporarily pause all jobs.
NOTE: To stop copying jobs, press [Stop/Clear]. All jobs are stopped
and the Pausing Job List screen is displayed.

Press [Status/Job Cancel]. The Status menu screen displays.

Press the left [Select] key.
The Pausing Job List screen
displays a list of print jobs being
processed.
NOTE: Processing of jobs is paused while the Pausing Job List displays.
To resume processing of the print jobs, refer to page 4-10. To cancel a
print job, refer to page 4-9.
Canceling Paused Jobs
Use the following procedure to cancel a job while processing has been
paused.

Press S or T to select the job to
cancel. Press the left [Select]
key.
A Cancel Job. Are you sure?
message displays.
