Start Page
The following operations are possible from the Start page.
• Verify the machine’s operating status
• Change the display language for COMMAND CENTER
• Verify settings for the machine, printing, scanning, network and e-mail.
• Verify the number of scanned pages and the number of prints that
have been made on the machine
• Access linked home pages
All users will have read privileges to the Start page.
Start > Home Page
This page allows you to verify the machine’s operating status. This will be
the first screen that displays after COMMAND CENTER is started.
Item Description
Select
Language
Displays if COMMAND CENTER pages support
multiple languages. Supported languages may also be
selected through language preference settings in your
browser.
To change COMMAND CENTER display language:
1 Open the drop down list by clicking on it.
2 Select the appropriate language.
If you attempt to view COMMAND CENTER with a
character set other than the language that is used on
the Operation Panel’s message display, some
characters may be illegible.
Operation
Panel
Indicates the machine’s operating status as displayed
on the Operation Panel. To update the display to the
most recent status, click on [Refresh].
Toner Level Shows the approximate level of remaining toner.
When the value is 100 %, the Toner Container is full.
The closer to 0 %, the smaller the amount of
remaining toner.
General
Information
This allows you to verify the following information: IP
Address, Host Name, MAC Address, System
Firmware, Engine Firmware, Serial Number, and Asset
Number.
Media Input This allows you to verify the settings for the paper that
is loaded in the cassette(s) and on the MP Tray, as
well as whether there is even any paper there or not.
