This section describes the operations performed using the COMMAND
CENTER home page.
COMMAND CENTER home page divides the corresponding five functions
onto separate pages as follows:
Page Description
Start page Allows you to verify the machine’s operating status
and current settings.
Basic page Contains settings that apply to the entire device, for
example Device Defaults, Security, and Basic
Networking.
Printer page Contains settings that apply to the printing function
of the device, for example Default Print Resolution
and Copy Count.
Scanner page Contains settings that apply to the scanning
function of the device, for example Default Scan
Resolution and Original Placement.
Advanced page Contains advanced settings that apply to the entire
device, primarily advanced network settings.
