Registering Destination E-mail Addresses
Perform the following procedure to register destination e-mail addresses under the one-touch keys
on the machine’s touch panel. Registration of the one-touch key is also possible from an Internet
Web browser as well as by using COMMAND CENTER.

Press the System Menu/Counter key. The Sys. Menu/Count screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select Common
Setting and press the Enter key. The Common
Setting screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select One Touch
Keys and press the Enter key. The One Touch Keys
screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select the number of
the one-touch key that you want to register the e-mail
address for and press the Enter key. The Key1 screen
is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select E-mail and
press the Enter key. You can now enter or revise the
e-mail address.
