Checking Jobs Status
Perform the following procedure to verify the status of both print jobs and scan jobs.
Note All information on the status of print jobs and scan jobs are deleted when the machine is turned off.

Press the Status/Job Cancel key. The Status Menu screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select Print Job
Status and press the Enter key. The Print Job
Status screen, which shows a list of jobs being
processed, will be displayed.
Example If the job list is not displayed in the Print Job
Status screen, there are no jobs currently processed.
Press the right select key.

Press the S key or the T key to select the job whose
status you want to check and press the Enter key. The
Detail screen is displayed.

Check the displayed information for that job. You can
also switch the screen to display other information for
that print job by pressing the S key or the T key.
