Press the System Menu/Counter key. The Sys. Menu/Count screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select Common
Setting and press the Enter key. The Common
Setting screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select Sound
Setting and press the Enter key. The Sound
Setting screen is displayed.

Press the S key or the T key to select Buzzer and
press the Enter key. The Buzzer screen is displayed.
Error Buzzer * Off
On
Indicates that for some reason the corresponding
operation has been terminated/paused or that
user-intervention is required.
This setting applies when one of the following
messages appears on the message display.
• Close Top (or Document Processor)
Cover.
• Error occurred Call service person.
• Paper Jam at Casssete1 (Casssete2,
MP Tray, or Document Processor).
• Paper Jam in printer.
• Replace Toner.
