Manually reinsert the catheter and position it just proximal to the bladder neck to
complete a Stress Profile.
Select the Stress Profile (On) button to start the stress profile. The UPP Puller
will begin pulling at the speed selected in the Workflow Configuration dialog
box.
Select the Stress Profile (Off) button to mark the end of the profile. Click the
Puller Return button to return the UPP Puller NXT to the start position.
Manually reinsert the catheter and position it just proximal to the bladder neck to
repeat the profile. After the required number of profiles is complete, finish the
selected study.
3.6 Finishing the Studies
When all tests have been completed, remove any catheters and EMG patches from
the patient and dispose of them in accordance with the procedures specified by
your hospital or clinic. Be sure to deflate the Abdominal Fluid NXT catheter
balloons before removal.
Empty the beaker. Thoroughly wash the beaker so that it can be reused. For
further information, refer to the section
Maintenance and Service on page 80.
Remove and dispose of the infusion pump tubing and any other consumables used
during the study.
3.7 Printing the Study Result (Optional)
1. On the main screen, in the Patients section, select the patient and then, in the
Patient Details section, click the Studies tab.
2. Click the Report button. The report window will then be displayed using the
default configuration.
3. Ensure that the printer is turned on and connected to the system. Open the Print
dialog box by Clicking the Print ( ) icon, and then click the OK button to print
the report.
NOTE: You can also print the report at the end of the study after all data has been
recorded. A preview of the report is generated, at which time you can apply changes to the
report and then click the Print icon.
