15.11.6 Visual Signalling
To charge the batteries:
► Connect the mains cable of the Essenza 300 with EasyDrive to mains power.
► EasyDrive system will be charged (with the accumulator discharged, the charging may take up to 6 hours).
NOTE Charge status values are just informational.
Life of the batteries is reduced when the batteries are allowed to discharge completely.

Indication of Charging
EasyDrive Accumulator lifetime could be up to 2 years if operated under optimum conditions.
Accumulator capacity can be signi cantly reduced if:
► too high ambient temperature
► many accumulator charge/discharge cycles
► recurrence of deep discharge
► bed is often powered only by the accumulator
