23.1 Essenza 300

The manufacturer adheres to a certied quality management system in compliance with the following standards:

■ MDSAP (Medical Device Single Audit Program)
22 Warranty
LINET ® will only be held responsible for the safety and reliability of products that are regularly serviced, maintained and used in
accordance with the safety guidelines included in the instructions for use.
Should a serious defect arise that cannot be repaired during maintenance:
► Do not continue to use the Essenza 300 bed.
Warranty duration of the Essenza 300 medical bed is subject to individual purchasing agreements with a minimum length
of 24 months.
The warranty covers all material and manufacturing-related failures and errors. Failures and errors caused by incorrect use and
external eects are not covered. Justied complaints will be xed free of charge during the warranty period. Proof of purchase, with
the date of purchase, is required for all warranty service. Our standard terms and conditions apply.
