Note: With STP/RSTP off, the device does not deactivate transmission loops. Therefore,
you must ensure that the router is not making loops.
Command: >set spantree version
Syntax: set spantree version type
Explanation: Specifies the type of spanning tree used on this device:
- STP: Spanning Tree Protocol (IEEE 802.1D; i.e. when this option is selected, the device
will switch to STP mode)
- RSTP: Rapid Spanning Tree (IEEE 802.1w)
Parameters: type STP/RSTP (RSTP is the default)
Command: >set term
Syntax: set term baud_rate data_bits parity_checking stop_bits
Explanation: Changes communication parameters of the console port.
Parameters: baud_rate baud rate, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, or 38400
data_bits number of character bits, 7 or 8
parity_checking parity checking type, odd, even, none.
stop_bits number of stop bits, 1 or 2.
Command: >set time
Syntax: set time date_time
Explanation: Sets system date and time.
Parameters: date_time date/time in MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss
Command: >set timezone
Syntax: set timezone value
Explanation: Set device’s time zone
Parameters: value Time zone value
Command: >set svlan add
Privilege:
Admin
Syntax: set svlan add vid interface [sub_interface]
Explanation:
Add one port to be a member of one SVLAN.
vid
SVLAN ID. Range from 1-4094
interface
Interface Name. (lan1/wan1)
Parameters:
sub_interface
Interface Name. (pvc1-pvc10)
Command: >set svlan create
Privilege:
Admin
Syntax: set svlan create vid
Explanation:
Create a SVLAN.
Parameters: vid
SVLAN ID. Range from 1-4094
Command: >set svlan deactivate
Privilege:
Admin
Syntax: set svlan deactivate vid
Explanation:
Deactivate a SVLAN.
Parameters: vid
SVLAN ID. Range from 1-4094
