8. MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
8.1 INITIAL 10 HOUR MAINTENANCE
The following maintenance should be performed after 10-hour operation, limited to the first maintenance
of a new machine.

8.2 INITIAL 50 HOUR MAINTENANCE
The following maintenance should be performed after 50-hour operation, limited to the first maintenance
of a new machine.
[1] REPLACEMENT ENGINE LUBRICATING OIL AND OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE

[2] OIL REPLACEMENT IN HYDRAULIC OIL TANK
See “Maintenance 8.11 Every 1000 Hours” for maintenance items and procedure.
[3] REPLACEMENT HYDRAULIC OIL RETURN FILTER
See “Maintenance 8.10 Every 500 Hours” for maintenance items and procedure.
[4] REPLACEMENT HYDRAULIC OIL SUCTION FILTER

[5] CHECKING / ADJUSTMENT ALTERNATOR BELT TENSION

8.3 INITIAL 250 HOUR MAINTENANCE
The following maintenance should be performed after 250-hour operation, limited to the first maintenance
of a new machine.
