Remove the air cleaner.
2. Visually
check
for
an open
circuit of
the airflow sensor hot
3. Check the
airflow sensor body
for cracks.
4. Disconnect the airflow sensor
connector.
5. Using an
ohmmeter, measure
resistance between
the ter-
mrnals.

Removal
1. Disconnect
the water thermosensor
connector.
2. Remove
the water thermosensor
using
the
SST.
lnboeclion
1. Place
the sensor
in
water
with athermometer and
heat the
water
graduallY.
2. Using an ohmmeter,
measure
resistance of the
sensor.
