Abar code reader may be used to enter text into many of the fields on the Sample
Description window. Use a mouse to click in the field first where information is to be
entered then scan the bar code with the bar code reader.
Selections Description
Add Log Entry [button]
Use to enter information that will display in the sample log report that
cannot be recorded automatically through the application. Click the
button again to enter multiple log entries.
Bar Code [textbox] *
Use to enter additional information about the sample, such as a
sample lot number, sample ID, etc.
Comments [textbox]
Enter comments to display in the report header about the sample or
analysis.
