6 Green Status
Indicator Light
• Solid Green - while Trigger 1 is pressed and no
errors are present.
• Blinking Green - once all the interlocks are fully
satisfied. This indicates that the system is ready
to fire. Operator can now press Trigger 2 control
to start the laser emission.
7 Boot Boot is removable and will conceal the fiber cable,
gas tubing and torch electrical and I/O cable.
8 QBH Fiber Cable
Connection
The unit will arrive with the fiber cable already
inserted and connected to torch.
9 Gas Line
Connection
Shield gas tubing is routed through the torch boot.
10. Cabling Routed
Through Umbilical
Picture is showing: (1) gas tubing, (2) yellow laser
fiber cable and (3) torch I/O cable. These are routed
through the black umbilical and are not normally
visible during normal operation.
11 Cleaning Nozzle It is intended to be used while operating the device
in laser cleaning mode which enables a beam
wobble length adjustment up to 15 mm.
Three cleaning nozzles come with the system. Refer
to Table 26 [▶108] for the nozzle selection chart.
