Message Cause Corrective action
153 Main PCB V3R3 An abnormality was
detected in the Main PCB
3.3V power supply.
154 Main PCB V05 An abnormality was
detected in the Main PCB
5V power supply.
155 Main PCB V36-1 An abnormality was
detected in the Main PCB
36V power supply.
1. Check the output voltage of Power supply (240
W, 36 V) (between +35V and +37V) and Power
supply (15 W, 5 V) (between +4.9 V and +5.3
V).
2. Replace the Power supply (240 W, 36 V) or
Power supply (15 W, 5 V) if the values are
abnormal.
3. Check the F4 fuse on the Main PCB.
4. Check the cable connection for damage
between the Main PCB (CN104/CN106) and
the Slider M PCB (CN11).
5. Check the cable connection for damage
between the Main PCB (CN9) and the Base IO
PCB (CN1).
6. Check LED8 on the Slider M PCB. If it does not
illuminate, replace the Slider M PCB.
7. Check LED11 on the Base IO PCB. If it does
not illuminate, replace the Base IO PCB.
8. Replace the Main PCB.
157 Main PCB VTT An abnormality was
detected in the Main PCB
VTT power supply.
1. Check the Power supply (15 W, 5 V) output
voltage (between +4.9 V and +5.3 V).
2. Replace the power supply if the values are
abnormal.
3. Replace the Main PCB.
16e Main PCB V3R3B An abnormality was
detected in the Main PCB
3.3 VB power supply.
171 NEW HEAD
CONNECT
A new Print head
connection was detected.
The Print head S/N does
not match the S/N stored
in the machine.
This is normal if it occurs the first time power
is turned on after connecting a new Print
head. However, this is abnormal if the error
occurs each time the machine is started.
1. Check the cable connection for damage
between the Print head and the Slider M PCB.
2. Replace the Slider M PCB.
3. Replace the Print head.
18a Main PCB V_CORE An abnormality was
detected in the Main PCB
V_CORE power supply.
1. Check the Power supply (15 W, 5 V) output
voltage (between +4.9 V and +5.3 V).
2. Replace the power supply if the values are
abnormal.
3. Replace the Main PCB.
18c Main PCB V12 An abnormality was
detected in the Main PCB
12V power supply.
1. Check the output voltage of Power supply (240
W, 36 V) (between +35V and +37V) and Power
supply (15 W, 5 V) (between +4.9 V and +5.3
V).
2. Replace the Power supply (240 W, 36 V) or
Power supply (15 W, 5 V) if the values are
abnormal.
