between the Main PCB
and the Slider M PCB.
1. Check the cable connection for damage
between the Main PCB (CN104/CN106) and
the Slider M PCB (CN11).
2. Replace the Slider M PCB.
3. Replace the Main PCB.
1bf PCB MAIN-F2/F3 • Main PCB fuse F2/F3
(+SLDPOW1FFCorCable)
blown.
1. Power on the machine. Check to confirm that
D33 (F2/F3) illuminates on the Main PCB.
*Check LED illumination before an error
occurs. (The LED will not illuminate if an error
occurs.)
2. If the LED fails to illuminate, check the cable
connection for damage between the Main PCB
(CN104/CN106) and the Slider M PCB (CN11).
3. Replace the F2 fuse.
4. If an error occurs while the LED is lit, replace
the Main PCB.
1e6 PRAM Size
Shortage
• Unable to detect the
DDRII PRAM PCB.
1. Check the DDRII PRAM PCB connection.
2. Replace the DDRII PRAM PCB.
3. Replace the Main PCB.
4. Update the Firmware to version 3.0 or later.
1e7 PCB INKCTR • The ink supply PCB is not
connected for the optional
deaeration module.
1. When the deaeration module is not connected,
set the following parameter to "0".
– Operation parameter No. 445:
DeAirENA // deaeration module: 0:
Disable, 1: Enable
2. When the deaeration module is connected,
check the ink supply PCB for proper
connection and damage.
3. Replace the ink supply PCB.
201 Command Error • Data other than command
data was received.
1. Check to confirm the RIP software output
settings match the machine settings.
2. Change the profile.
3. Check the USB/Ethernet cable connection for
damage.
4. Replace the USB/Ethernet cable.
5. Replace the Main PCB.
202 Parameter Error • An invalid parameter was
received.
1. Check to confirm the RIP software output
settings match the machine settings.
2. Change the profile.
