206 Print Mode Error Print data was received
with unsupported
parameters.
20A Driver Version Appears when print
(MAPS) control is done by
the driver.
Printing is not possible
because the Mimaki driver
version is old.
1. Install the latest Mimaki driver available from:
https://mimaki.com/download/inkjet.html
303 PCB MAIN ET An abnormality occurred
in the Main PCB Ethernet
IC.
1. Replace the Main PCB.
304 USB INIT ERR USB device initialization
failed.
1. Check for problems in the parameters.
2. Check the USB cable connection for damage.
3. Replace the USB cable.
4. Replace the Main PCB.
305 USB TIME OUT A time-out error occurred
with the USB device.
401 Motor X The X motor was
overloaded.
1. Update the firmware.
2. Check the X motor belt attachment for damage.
3. Check the cable connection for damage
between the Main PCB (CN14, CN15) and the
motor.
4. Replace the X-axis motor. (X-Axis Motor/X
Drive Belt)
5. Replace the Main PCB.
403 X Current An overcurrent error was
detected in the X motor.
402 Motor Y The Y motor was
overloaded.
1. Update the firmware.
2. Check the carriage for smooth movement in
the Y direction with the power turned off.
3. Check the timing belt attachment for damage.
4. Check the cable connection for damage
between the Main PCB (CN14, CN15) and the
motor.
5. Replace the Y-drive motor.
6. Replace the Main PCB.
404 Y Current An overcurrent error was
detected in the Y motor.
406 Wiper Move Failure The wiper origin could not
be detected.
1. Clean the area around the wiper.
2. Perform [#Test] > [Sensor] > [WIPER] to
confirm that the ON/OFF indication changes
when the wiper is moved backward and
forward by hand.
3. Check to confirm the wiper can be moved
backward and forward smoothly by hand.
4. Check the wiper origin sensor cable connection
for damage.
5. Check the wiper motor cable connection for
damage.
6. Check the Base IO PCB CN11 cable
connection for damage.
7. Replace the wiper origin sensor.
8. Replace the wiper motor.
9. Replace the Base IO PCB.
