7.37.2 Disassembly and Assembly
Precautions
Protect the exterior surface of the parts.
Tools Required
Crosshead screwdriver (M3)
Fixtures Required
None
Specific Steps
1. Refer to the disassembly procedure in 7.47.2 Disassembly and Assembly to take off the battery
box cover. Remove the fixing screws from the battery box assembly and take off the battery box
assembly.
2. Refer to the disassembly procedure in 7.38.2
Disassembly and Assembly to remove the battery
box bracket and bottom cover.
3. Remove the three M3x8 Phillips pan-head screws and unplug the two cable terminals, to take
off the Auxiliary Output Conversion Board (FRU).

2 Three M3x8 Phillips pan-head screws
3 Auxiliary Output Conversion Board (FRU)
