Vtac Rate limit.

No QRS is detected within the set time threshold of 
pause. 
Irr. Rhythm 
Consistently irregular rhythm (N, irregular RR interval 
change is greater than 12.5%) 
Afib (for adult only) 
P wave is absent and normal beat RR intervals are 
irregular.
