Note 2: These guidelines may not apply in all situations. Electromagnetic propagation is affected
by absorption and reflection from structures, objects and people.
Note 3: The device that intentionally receives RF electromagnetic energy at the exclusion band
(2395.825MHz-2487.645MHz) is exempt from the ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE requirements,
but remains safe.
