4.1 DIN rail Mounting
The product may be mounted on a 35mm wide DIN46277 (DIN rail).
1 Fit the upper edge (A in the figure to the right) of the DIN
rail mounting groove onto the DIN rail.
2 Push the product onto the DIN rail.
• An interval space between each unit of 1 to 2 mm (0.04" to 0.08") is
necessary.
3 Connect the extension cable.
Connect the extension cable (B in the figure to the right) to
the main unit, I/O extension unit/block or special function
unit/block on the left side of the product.
For the extension cable connection procedure, refer to the
following respective PLC manual.

4.2 Direct Mounting
The product can be installed directly with screws.
An interval space between each unit of 1 to 2 mm (0.04" to 0.08") is necessary.
For installation, refer to the following respective PLC manual.

→ Refer to the FX3U Hardware Edition
→ Refer to the FX3UC Hardware Edition
1 Make mounting holes in the mounting surface
according to the external dimensions
diagram.
2 Fit 20SSC-H (A in the figure to the right) to
holes and tighten M4 screws (B in the figure
to the right).
For the screw position and quantity, refer to the
dimensioned drawing specified below.

3 Connect the extension cable.
Connect the extension cable to the main unit, I/O
extension unit/block or special function unit/block on the
left side of the product.
