Enter a value in the slice level input field, and touch the
[Enter] button.
The input range is as follows:
-100 to 100% (in 1% increments)
-999.9 to 999.9μm (in 0.1μm increments)
TIP For information about inputting numeric values
refer to “■ Inputting numeric values” in section
2.2, “Outline of the Touch Panel”.
NOTE For the peak reference, set the slice level
between 0 and 100% or 0 and 999.9m.
If the minus value is entered, the slice level is
automatically set at 0% or 0m.
Returns to the mr[c] Measurement Condition Setup
window.
Touch the title bar in the mr[c] Measurement Condition Setup
window to accept the selected calculation condition.
The Home screen will be restored.
