The Reference Line Level Input screen will appear.
Enter the reference line level in the reference line level input
field, then touch the [Enter] button.
The input range is as follows:
0 to 100% (in 1% increments)

2.2, “Outline of the Touch Panel”.
Returns to the mr Measurement Condition Setup window.
Touch the slice level button.
The Slice Level Input screen will appear.
Enter the slice level in the Slice level input field, then touch
the [Enter] button.
The input range is as follows:
0.0 to 999.9µm (in 0.1µm increments)
0 to 9999µin (in 1µin increments)
