Touch the [Condition] button in the Home screen.
The Measurement Condition Setup screen (1/3) will
appear.
Touch the [Page 1/3] button.
The Measurement Condition Setup screen (2/3) will
appear.
Touch the [GO/NG judgment] button.
The GO/NG Judgment Function Setup screen will appear.
NOTE • If the GO/NG judgment function has already
been set, the objective parameter name and
its setting values will be displayed.
•If“

” is displayed for a parameter button,
nothing has been set for it.
•If“
***
” is displayed for either the upper
limit value (+NG) or lower limit value (-NG)
button, nothing has been set for it.
Switch the current parameters to parameters for which the
tolerance limits are to be set. Touch any parameter button to
switch to the corresponding parameter (customized param-
eter).
If the parameters for which the tolerance limits are to be set
are being displayed, proceed directly to step 5.
