Touch the tolerance limit buttons. Touch the +NG button or
-NG button to set the upper limit or lower limit, respectively.
The Tolerance Limit Input screen will appear.
Input the UL or LL in the tolerance limit input field, then
touch the [Enter] button.

refer to “■ Inputting numeric values” in section
2.2, “Outline of the Touch Panel”.
Returns to the GO/NG Judgment Function Setup screen.
If the tolerance limit setting operation is to be continued for
other parameters, repeat from step 4 on the previous page.
To terminate the GO/NG judgment function setting operation,
touch the [Enter] button to accept the GO/NG judgment
criteria.
Returns to the Measurement Condition Setup screen.
