Touch the [Tilt compensation] button in the Measurement
Condition Setup screen (3/3).
The Tilt Compensation Specification window will appear.
Touch the [Tilt Comp. specification] button to be set.
The touched specification button is highlighted.
Advance to step 13 if the [Entire] button has been selected,
advance to step 3 if the [Arbitrary] button has been selected,
and advance to step 13 if the [None] button has been selected.
NOTE For information about the [Special] button, refer
to “■ Special range specification” described
later.
Touch the [Range specification] button to be set.
The touched specification button is highlighted.
: Specifies the range between P1 and P2
: Specifies the range between P3 and P4
: Specifies the range between P1 and P2
and that between P3 and P4

NOTE Tilt compensation is performed within the
specified range(s). If an incorrect value is
entered for the specified range, an error
message is displayed at the lower right of the
screen. Referring to the message, reenter a
value.
Touch the [P1] button.
The Tilt Compensation P1 Input screen will appear.
